We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. Our members' dress varies from business to casual attire, so dress comfortable and you'll fit right in.
At The Lakes, kids matter! Because they matter, we have designed a kid's experience called Extreme Kidz just for them. Ages 0 through 11 years will enjoy a program designed with their needs and likes in mind. Each one of our trained leaders plans their class to show kids just how much fun having a relationship with God can be. Using strategies that appeal to every learning style, they lead the kids in their classes on a weekly journey of discovery, learning, and fun!
From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you'll be made to feel at home. Our greeting team will help you find anything you need, including any of our awesome kid's classes. After checking in your kids at Camp Lakes, come on into our common's area and help yourself to a kolache or a donut, get yourself a cup of coffee, or just spend a few minutes talking with the crowd. Also, please make sure to stop by our guest table to pick up a connection card and a gift bag. It's our way of saying thanks for being our guest. Anytime you are ready you are welcome to carry your refreshments with you into our gathering place (the sanctuary) and find yourself a seat. If it is already crowded, someone from our greeting team will help you find a seat so you aren't stressed out trying to find an open space. Once service begins, we want you to be comfortable. Our church family is filled with a variety of individual worship styles, and we encourage you to worship the Lord in whatever manner is comfortable to you.
At the Connection Booth and in the chair back pocket there is a connection card. This is our way to communicate with you. We will never single you out during the service. This card is our way of getting to know you better.
You can complete as much information as you feel comfortable with and either hand it back to the person at the guest table or place it in an offering chest at the end of the service.
